The Russian airline Azur Air is apparently suffering from an acute shortage of spare parts for the Boeing 757 and 767 machine types. Western sanctions also limit the destinations that you can fly to. Now the base in Saint Petersburg (Pulkovo) is being closed.
The impending dissolution of the base will result in a significant reduction in staff, as the company is parting with 130 flying employees. Aviatorshina reports that 23 pilots and 108 flight attendants are affected. In total, Azur Air is reducing around 12 percent of the total flying workforce.
The carrier's fleet officially consists of eight Boeing 757s and six Boeing 767s. It has also had B777s, B737-800s and B737-900ERs in service in the past. The Boeing 777 is currently grounded and it is unclear if and when RA-73469 will return to flight service.
