Ukraine now allows people who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter the country without quarantine or a PCR test. It is also new that negative antigen rapid test results are recognized.

On the part of Ukraine, all vaccines are accepted, with the exception of the Russian Sputnik V. The number of partial vaccinations specified by the manufacturer must have been administered. The documentation is accepted on paper and in electronic form. The vaccination certificate must be in English. This does not include vaccinations that were administered in Ukraine. In this case, the national language is of course also accepted.

Rapid antigen test results must not be older than 72 hours. The document is adopted in English, Russian and Ukrainian. Alternatively, a negative PCR result can be submitted, which must also be written in the languages mentioned above. If this is not possible, a recognized translation must be submitted. There are currently no entry restrictions for those who have recovered. These still require a negative corona test.

The following vaccines are recognized by Ukraine:

  • Pfizer / BioNTech,
  • Johnson & Johnson's Janssen,
  • AstraZeneca / Covishield (India),
  • AstraZeneca / SKBio (South Korea),
  • Modern,
  • sinopharm,
  • CoronaVac (Sinovac)
