Ukraine is easing the entry requirements for non-citizens and will also accept proof of recovery in the future. Furthermore, the complete vaccination is no longer necessary, the administration of the first dose is sufficient.
All vaccines approved by the WHO are still accepted. As a result, the Russian Sputnik V is not recognized. The vaccination certificate has to be presented in Ukrainian or English. The EU vaccination certificates, which are held in the respective national language and in English, are accepted by Ukraine.
The same applies to evidence of recovery. These must also be submitted in Ukrainian or English. The EU certificates are also recognized. In the case of certificates, a translation into the Ukrainian or English language must be submitted.
What remains unchanged is that entry - with the exception of high-risk areas - remains possible even if a negative test (antigen or PCR, maximum 72 hours old) is presented. The compulsory insurance also remains unaffected.
