Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The travel company Tui, which has been hard hit by the corona crisis, is apparently imminent in a capital increase. The Federal Republic of Germany has already helped out twice with loans worth billions. Now you want to raise between 700 million and one billion euros on the stock exchange.

The Reuters reports that around 300 million euros will come from the major Russian shareholder Alexej Mordaschow. By the end of the month, CEO Fritz Joussen wants to set the conditions for the capital increase. The Tui Group is officially silent because they did not want to comment on the newspaper's report. It is therefore necessary to wait and see further developments.
